Its been a time here. Changing my review to reflect the service here. Our back gate has been broken going on three weeks so anyone can come into the complex. That said, our access security to the gym is broken and has been for months. So broken gate and always open gym with a shower means anyone can come in meaning unhoused people are coming in and out of our community - some arent friendly. I dont blame them, I blame the HOA and security that we pay for and dont get. In one building, only one elevator works. Again, its been this way for weeks. Yes, this has been mentioned and yes its brought up but theres no permanent fixes and Beacon Management doesnt seem to care. Theres no short-term solutions for whats causing long term problems. My actual unit is fine. We take care of our home. The complex? Much love to the two men always on property because they try but theres no HOA or property management support.

I thought my first time being a home owner would be a great experience, but outside of the unit itself, everything about this place has been frustrating and anxiety inducing!

Paul at Lenox villas runs this property just as any building engineer should. Hes professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. A great property with great management. I recommend this place to anyone.
