I was introduced to GinStar by an entire stranger....I have been at GinStar a couple of times and I met the same person, Julie, at those times. The goods and services are in tandem with the exact descriptions of the stranger. Julie is simply an oustanding and a richly endowed/versatile expert in matters associated with computers. Without mincing words, a try will superlatively convince anybody who has ANY concerns with their computer system!

Let me say normally my experience is good and I have been going to them for over 15+ years. This time and after $300 later my computer was/is still not working properly. I paid all that money, had to wait an extra week because the parts were delivered to the wrong address and my computer is still doing what they said they could fix. She even thought it was still in the back and did not realize it had been picked up. Never was I offered a partial credit or anything. I was and am disappointed. So I went to a big box store and just purchased another computer.
