They don't answer their phone and I requested something on thumbtack and no response so I have a feeling there's some issues here. But if you're a small IT firm, as I have been in the past. Sometimes there are issues so I really do hope for the best.

Steven provided excellent customer service. He arrived at the appointment time early. He was prompt and professional and even helped us move the modems from the old suite to our current one. We will use his company again.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC COMPANY! Our internet was down for a week. Another company promised to come but they kept us waiting for a week, and then they were a no show on the day they promised to come. We called SOS IT Solutions. Steven was absolutely wonderful. He realized we were in trouble and he came over the SAME DAY! He traced the wires, tested all the equipment, found the problem and got us up and running fast. These guys are bright intelligent compassionate and fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
