The contrast between this group and the other groups that have managed my office building at Druid Chase for the past 20 years are unfortunately very apparent. They have been the least willing to accept a reasonable request from a long term responsible tenant and are defensive and not accommodating. I pay a high rent for a Class A building. For well over a year now, there has been foam board placed along the first floor hallway to "protect" the walls from construction. The carpet on the hallway is dingy and stained and the hallway is depressing but they will not do anything about it. During the virus outbreak we have tried to replace a stained carpet in our own office using our own vendor and they will not work with him to make it feasible. I am very unhappy with their property management services and wonder why I pay such a high rent for so little service. They also have upped their insurance requirements of the tenants in the building which has tripled the cost of the policies we are forced to carry to be "allowed" to rent there. No other colleague I know is under the same kind of requirement in other buildings. I am ready for the building owner to hire another group.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car was broken into in the parking deck of this properly and they will not let me park my car in a closer and more visible space. I do not feel safe and the property manager at the Shadow wood business complex isnt doing anything about it.
