You won't find a more (un)impressive duo than partners Taylor Smith and John Robinson, light weights in the Doraville real estate market. Not to worry, recessions have a way of correcting the market and wiping out bad actors like these two azzclowns.

During our time in this building, Taylor Smith Principal, Terminus CRE partner frequently interrupted the operation of our business in the following ways: Scheduled construction drilling in the building during office hours and without notice. When we registered a complaint, Taylor Smith replied ,"I'm sorry ...I thought a Friday afternoon would be okay." Scheduled electrical work in the building, again without notice, and during office hours. Workers were literally crawling on top of employee desks. Allowed a new tenant unsupervised and unfettered access to the utility closet of the building and during work hours. The new tenant cut off power to the entire second floor including our suite, as our staff was working. Allowed another new tenant to demolish and drill in an unoccupied office space, unsupervised and without notice. At the onset of the pandemic, Taylor Smith and Terminus CRE partners abandoned the building and discontinued common area maintenance including emptying trash and cleaning restrooms. The first communication they put out to tenants was on April 24 referencing "reopening the building." ??? During our time in the building, three of five office spaces remained unoccupied for almost two years. In our experience, Taylor Smith and Terminus CRE ran a poor business operation.
