Dropped off the top of a jar to be repaired in April 2023. One initial needed to be soldered back on the top. He told me that they were way behind that it would likely be two months and I said no problem. He stated he would call me when it was ready. I have gone back at least 5 times to ask about the repair. Each time he apologized and said he would find out the repair status and call me. Not once did he call me! Long story but I finally got my top today January 5, 2024, nine months later! And the repair is not great! BTW.... he had hand written note on the door that said they would open at 11:30. Needless to say it was closer to 11:40 when he opened. I will never go back and never recommend the place.

Purchased a piece of silver,he sent it to his engraver..they lost it in October, got a refund 1/31...terrible!

The owner is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and has excellent customer service. The shop is gorgeous and with a great selection. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
