        1. They dont pick up the phone. I didnt notice it because it was a DoorDash order but the moment I got my drink it wasnt even filled up all the way. So whats going on here.

        This is really one of the worst Starbucks. The wait time is always so long and my drink always taste different. Today I waited almost 20 mins for an Iced Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Espresso just for it to be made with no vanilla syrup at all. I watched the barista pump air into the cup (because the vanilla was clearly out) and continue making the drink.
