No one in the entire place, more than 20 mins for a to go breakfast sandwich. I have no idea how this place stays open. People are popping in on the way to work and have places to go.

I loved the muffin and the coffee is also really good. I was disappointed by the fact that they advertise the food menu as all day but the proceeded to tell me that the kitchen closed at 2:30pm. As I was there, it was 2:50 so I missed it by about 20 minutes. On top of that, they were also short on change which is fine because I get it, you know? It happens. Just mostly disappointed by the false advertising. Vegetarian options: Im vegetarian and they allow you to modify parts of the menu such as request a veggie patty in place of beef and omit any eggs from all dishes. Parking: Lots of parking in the back. Maybe about 8/9 spots in the front and more in the back. Wheelchair accessibility: While I dont personally have a wheelchair, I am very aware of disability friendly environments and architecture. There was a ramp to get inside as well as the booths having pull out chairs for those who need the accessibility. No unnecessary steps or stairs to get in.

I've come here regularly over the past couple of years. At first, it was my spot. The food and coffee was great. Recently, the food has been sloppy: the eggs were super chewy, and the presentation was ragged. Also the whole place has ben super dirty. There are crumbs all over the floor and windowsills, and the tables are sticky and have stuff all over them. What happened?
