        During my convention the line was long but at least I got my coffee and it was delicious the wine could not be helped during convention of over a 1000 people in one tiny place.

        Terrible service. They do not redeem birthday coffee even they told me to scan my app to apply. And check your orders before you leave.

        Sadly 2 experiences were filled with mistakes (ok no problem - but they kept repeating) and with rudeness. It is a cute shop and has more options than other hotel markets. But the service is just so poor
