The cashier is very rude no good morning no welcome to Starbucks my youngest son loves Starbucks but to come in this establishment and cashier looking like while u here not good morning how are you or whats the name for the order is terrible she is heavy set white lady with a brace on her right arm and black glasses on she is very rude me n my son wont stop by anymore I will continue to go to other ones . We are waiting on our drinks but last time coming here the welcoming wasnt welcoming

Stopped in for a quick coffee run 2/28 during lunch hour. The employee working the shop was completely on their own and there were multiple people in line to order. You could tell the employee was frustrated, as anyone would be in that situation. As a former retail worker I certainly felt bad watching them not only manage taking the orders for the regular stream of visitors, but getting the orders out and cleaning. I hope this was a one off and it is not a usual occurrence for 1 employee to be managing an entire shop, as that would be very unfair to the employees. Despite all of this the employee was still kind and worked as quick as they could to get my order. I hope next time I visit I dont have to witness an employee doing all the work for what I imagine is not ENOUGH pay. :)
