I made a mobile order and still waited 20 mins for them to tell me the food i ordered was not available and the manager couldn’t give me a refund due to her not being there at the moment. Worst Starbucks i ever been to

They have low stars for a reason. I came here and ordered my favorite drink the caramel ribbon crunch and it looked so good. I got to the car to drink it and it tasted like water and milk. So I called and told the young lady the issue and she told me to return for a remake, I told her I will come the next day since I had an appt and she says and I quote “I’ll write your name down because I’m off tmrw.” I came up there today and gave my name and told them it’s a remake, there response is “oh we don’t do that here, plus the manager is gone so you’ll have to wait until she gets back from break.” They did go ahead and remake it but they gave me the hardest time and the rudest attitudes which is not typical of any Starbucks that I’ve visited. They need more training on the right ingredients and customer service!! The remake was delicious btw. But I don’t think I’ll come here for quite some time and when I do I’ll taste it immediately.
