Midtown Beach Club

Im highly disappointed and actually saddened by the actions of management at this place. I made a reservation early April for a cabana on May 13th. The celebration was for my birthday. Deposit paid. We called on May 6th to inquire about a few concerns we still had for the event and were told that the opening date for the facility had been pushed back and all reservations were being cancelled. If we wouldnt have called when were we going to receive notice??? Its literally one week before the event. I have friends flying in, buying outfits, everything. The receptionist was very unapologetic, careless, and unprofessional. Despite the good reviews from the previous year, I would never try to book with this place again.

This place is extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, distasteful, and the worst place possible to schedule an event. The customer service is poor, they are very rude and extremely money hungry. Do not waste your time on booking here! They are not organized, ill prepared and just terrible people all together. They cancel peoples reservations without any regards of how much effort someone put in for their special event. They give little to no notice, dont want to give your deposit back and could care less about how they are inconveniencing you. I would give the place zero stars if I could, I would not recommend.

Such a different atmosphere then what im used to in Atlanta. It gives you this Vegas, pool party vibe! Very relaxing yet a nice gathering for your friends. I dont have a pool so I will be here more often! Also, they make some yummy frozen drinks which is nice since its so hot already!!

Terrible experience! Dbl booked my Birthday party. Erasing my reviews instead of addressing me as a reputable business This following is after the response. I was only informed of the headliner and party venue switch same day. Also, the party was outside and a pool party. Why would I agree to an indoor pool party. Also, I told staff members I would only be on town that weekend also, the weather was poor and flood alerts were sent via text in surrounding areas. Be honest. I asked for that. If anything, a reputable business would have made the right choice and been accommodating not offering a party indoors after I spent a few thousand to be in town that weekend. The venue was supposed to be my main event. As mentioned your staff dropped the ball. I was not alerted or given just reasonable options. Out of all my years in hospitality I have never seen such poor response from anyone.

Me and my fianc wanted to enjoy a night out w/friends on her birthday and we did not have a good experience My fianc is paralyzed and there was no accessible entrance. We were told to enter through a white barn door, which was blocked by cars in the parking lot. I had to drag her wheelchair through disgusting mud to get there. Once inside the beach club (pool area), we realized the only accesible area was outside. They offered us a complimentary daybed but it began to rain shortly after. The manager was very nice and brought us an umbrella. However, nobody offered to take us inside until an hour after it was pouring! Her wheelchair, cushion, and belongings were drenched. We tried to leave and, once again, cars blocked us from getting out!! I had to carry her up the stairs to bring her out the front. If you have a physical disability, stay away from this place. Not ADA compliant.
