I hired Wallace One Calls Cleans it All to clean my home on multiple occasions. For the first months Ms. Wallace, showed up on time. But after a month, she started constantly being late and rescheduling cleaning at the last minute. One Saturday , she asked me to give her a $225 advance on her cleaning to fix her car so she could clean my house two days later on Monday. I told her then that because I was traveling I couldn’t afford to reschedule this cleaning, and I needed to be sure she could make it on Monday. She guaranteed that she would be there for the cleaning at 1030 AM so I sent her $225, She didn’t show up on Monday and didn’t answer my calls until 4 hours later saying she needed to reschedule. I told her that as mentioned before I couldn’t reschedule because I was traveling and needed a refund. She was unapologetic and told me I would get a refund a week later. It has now been 4 months and I still haven’t received a refund from Ms. Wallace. I tried to give her grace her 4 months to refund my money. But she keeps saying I’ll pay you back and doesn’t think there’s anything wrong with this way of treating paying customers. She actually told me I had a nasty attitude which is why she hadn’t refunded me even though I asked for my refund 4 months without filing a complaint or writing a negative review. I’m writing this review so that no one else falls victim to her unethical business practices.
