        I am not sure how this franchise is popular. Local chinese foods are much better anywhere you go. Small portion, salty or too sweet. Get panda express instead if you want american chinese food

        Having fond memories of PF Changs, we decided to grab a late lunch. Service was great, food definitely not the quality I remember. Crispy green beans- bland, the shrimp lo mein was served with Ramen noodles, so disappointing, the ribs were mostly fat, and the sesame chicken had a mushy texture, as did the sprimp in the "lo mein". I DO NOT make a big deal of my food. I didn't even mention it to the staff because it is clear this is a cheap food quality issue. Nothing like what I remember. We really wanted Chinese on a simple Sunday from a spot like Bo Bo Garden. Should have trusted that instinct and made that trip. Will NOT be wasting anymore time or money here.

        Amazing staff. On Easter Sunday. We were seated promptly and our waitress was great. She engaged with us on so many levels.

        Eating the food here reminded me of when I had Covid. Everything I tried was so flavorless it was crazy. Our server did a really great job accommodating our larger party, so that bumps the review up to a 3. I will likely not return here.
