Dr. A is fantastic! He is truly a caring physician! The front desk was also very kind. Every visit I have had to this office was great! The office space is also so pretty and inviting!

Scheduled for new patient appointment and sent to old location by their scheduling person. Upon arrival attempted to call to let them know we were headed to new address. No one answers phones for over 10 mins. Finally spoke with someone who told me I'd have to reschedule my appointment after we drove an hour to the location as new patient appointments are only done in-person. Asked to speak to Dr. or Manager and woman became irritated, raised her voice, and told me that wasn't her job. Told her we'd be at location in 8 minutes and upon arrival they were in lockdown with doors locked. Knocked on door only for managers to come outside and tell me policy was anything over 10 minutes late and they must reschedule. It's 2:15, I have a 45 minute slot booked with Dr so still 30 minutes left to see her and share my medical records. 5 minutes over policy due to their own misinformation. Wasted an hour drive to the location and hour back home. Was told they'd address employee who was disrespectful but I highly doubt anything will happen. Doctor who practice POLICY over PATIENTS is a problem with our healthcare. They are driven by insurance payments and make their scheduling and polices around this to ensure maximum profits, NOT helping patients with their health.

This practice is amazing! The front desk staff is very kind and the physicians here are incredibly caring! I highly recommend this clinic!

Was given an appointment for 5pm. They rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice for 9am and pretended it was that the whole time. Moved things around to make it but couldn't get there until 9:15. They said they would have to reschedule me until August 4th. I don't have time for flakiness. If your receptionist said the wrong thing by scheduling me for 5pm I can accept mistakes but y'all could have met me halfway in trying to correct it

ANYBODY trying to get a job at this place RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are liars they will tell you you have the job only to waste your time and tell you they went with another candidate the lady in HR didnt even have the balls to tell me I had to call them a few days later just to get the truth out of them if thats how they treat possible new employees I would HATE to see what the environment is like working there besides the pay is not even worth it they show that it pays 15 to 19 an hour but the HR lady tries to start you at 16.50 again RUN
