This is the 3rd tax professional that I've worked with in the past 5 years. There seems to be a pattern they pull you in by fixing any tax problems you're having but if you continue to use them for ongoing filing, they aren't able to actually ensure you get your refund. They helped me file my 2021 Federal and State tax returns without any hassle. I began recommending him to many of my colleagues and I'm well aware they used him. I was grateful for the problem-solving and quick filing. Unfortunately, when it was time to do my 2022 tax filing, they filed it and til this moment, I haven't received even 50% of my return. I haven't received notification from federal or state about where my money is. I've contacted Demario's team about this and they stated I'll need to contact every agency on my own to find the money. This is the first time I've ever had to run after my refund like this. I believe something was filed incorrectly and they won't fix it. I'm missing thousands in refund money. I don't feel confident recommending their services to anyone. TurboTax should do just fine. I'm happy to update this review if I have a different experience but ultimately, no customer should have to leave a review to get action from the business.

Dez U I think he did the same thing to me. I just realized it nearly 4 months after my return was processed. Something in my spirit said check your taxes again. The crazy thing is I used him because he was referred by my church! I won't share their name because I love my church and hope this will be addressed immediately. I had to talk to a robot all day when calling the office and still have not received an email or call back yet. I looked this guy up again to see if I overlooked anything. I called myself vetting him. I'm originally from Michigan and he attended MSU. We actually have mutual connections. Lol, smh. If he doesn't respond by the time I get my tax transcript from the state of GA (15 days). I'm suing and filing a licensure complaint with the state....flat out!
