I am here to give Jerrod and Zack their flowers. These young men went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted at an affordable price. Not only that; when other customers came into the store, they acknowledged them and multitasked to make sure the new coming customer wasn't waiting long periods of time to be serviced. Since I was establishing service, my visit was longer than everyone else's which gave me the chance to observe how they managed a busy store. These men did the damn thing!!!! (respectfully) I also want to give an honorable mention to David, who was able to magically transfer an elderly man's information from a flip phone to a new upgraded device. These men made magic yesterday!!! Give them all raises, bonuses and promotions!!!!!! (This is not a paid review)

What was once a store with with a knowledgeable and pleasant staff has degenerated into a place that guarantees that you will leave unhappy. My recent experiences with both the weekday and weekend staff left me upset and disrespected, no matter how polite I was. The young women working there are sullen to the point of being unbelievably rude and have no interest in helping a customer who needs help. If you are a senior like myself, get ready for exaggerated eye rolls and heavy sighing. After 7 years of using this store I will never go back.

Asha, is the rudest most disrespectful employee i have ever interacted with. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and the door was already locked. She reluctantly open the door to tell me that i would have to find a store that closes at 7 instead of six. This person should not be working at any customer service job much less open or close any location of any business. I actually will switch companies now because if my interaction with Asha! You can do without my monthly 400 deposit to employ someone as rude as this associate.
