        As it happened, I dropped my phone and it shattered. I ran up to MetroPCS on Howell Mill Road and received the absolute best customer service I have in a while. Both assistants were fantastic and worked together to help me get what I needed. They shared their opinions and made sure that I knew what deals were available. I am completely and totally satisfied. THANK YOU!
