        My mother and I had been having a very difficult time transferring her phone from Total by Verizon to my account on AT&T. She lives in GA and I live in CA. After weeks of trying to get it to work over the phone, my mom went into the store in the Cumberland Mall for in person support. She was helped by a salesman by the name of Jerrimyiah who was very patient and helpful. He was able to get her phone number transferred and her phone working again. Total by Verizon was very difficult to work with, but Jerrimyiah and the folks at AT&T helped alleviate a stressful experience. My mom and I both highly recommend!
