Had a great experience. Went in looking for bones to start creating a homemade broth for our dog. Was helped on the spot by Mike who is also the GM and got what I needed. Picked up the last batch of their homemade chili as well and its as good as I expected Rest of the staff was super chill and friendly. Their music choice when I walked in was also a huge plus Definitely recommend.

Ran in to get a couple of side dishes and just want to give kudos for the delicious au gratin potatoes and the broccoli salad! Delish and the customer service was great too! I'll definitely be back soon.

We ordered several cuts os meat -- all exceptionally expensive.  Grilled the Tenderloin last night - $45 per pound I think -- tough and not worth it.  Tonight we had their Veal  Parmigiana.  Absolutely terrible -- most bread;.  We had high hopes for this place but we will never go again.

**UPDATE** This crew at the Shoppe get SLAMED during the holidays and we are so thankful they still take the time to serve us with the same friendliness and smiles. I know they are super busy and I just wanted to say what a success our holidays have been because of their hard work! THANK YOU Sandy Springs Crew! Truly the best butchering bunch!! ***Original Review*** Our household is so grateful the New York Butcher Shoppe in Sandy Springs has continued to serve our community during the Covid-crisis! It brings us a sense of normalcy in our lives to have our special "date-night" dinners! Thanks to the workers for all you do for our little family! We've been coming here for quite some time now and since I've always been happy to recommend this place to family and friends, I thought I should share it via the inter-webs! The people working here are quite fantastic! Doesn't hurt their product is amazing meats and sides! Seriously, if you don't feel like cooking sides, I recommend the spinach souffl, loaded baked potato and the bacon gouda mac-n-cheese! Don't forget to try their Montreal Steak Seasoning! They are great on your steaks and burgers! We're mainly Prime Filet people (most of the workers know our order when we walk through the door) and have to say it's the best cut of beef in town! Chicken breasts and the burger patties are fantastic, too! Maybe one day, I'll gain the grill-master skills to try one of their giant Tomahawk Steaks! Great Butcher and great people! Highly recommend you check out their store, you could become a regular like us!
