I loved our Strengths Profile debrief and found it fascinating. What excited and surprised me were how my strengths intertwined with my colleagues and more importantly the staff on my team. I was captivated to explore the impact of how each of our strengths could work together to improve on team dynamics, efficiency, and collaboration. This whole process has been positive and energizing, it has given much food for thought and helped extend the celling on what I had thought my team and I had.

Teams are a part of the majority of jobs and can even span across different entities. There is an art to building these teams to get the most out of the team members, peaking potential, efficiency, communication, quality of work, and even positive stakeholder impact. Dr. Freedman brought the practice of building teams on team member strengths and revealed to our team, a Food & Feed Rapid Response Team that we tend to be incredible when building and maintaining relationships, something that is pertinent in earning trust of stakeholders.
