I filed with them & the person I filed with was pleasant during the process. However, years have gone by and I have yet to receive my taxes. I filed reports, submitted claims and nothing. I even got one lady on the phone to confirm that my taxes were never received but never received my promised follow up. Everything I call Its like starting from scratch. And I keep getting passed around to different departments. I have been very patient yet consistent during this whole thing but still have not received what I know I deserve. Be careful who you file with. If my case gets remedied I will happily remove this review.

Worst customer service experiences ever. 1st & Last year doing taxes with them. They always want to change their Efin and take weeks to call back or answer emails.
