Specialized Atlanta

My grandson had his bike repaired here he was overjoyed getting is bike back after being told by another place the bike couldn't be repaired. I didn't get to go in no free parking only 15 minute zones when available so I stayed with my car outside. I couldn't see the place from the street I did view the pictures on Google. The look on his face was priceless when he rode down the ramp on his repaired bike!! Thanks Specialized Atlanta

Getting a bike from the Specialized store was the best decision I made. The level of support you get is outstanding, its been almost a year and I havent paid a dime for the countless adjustments I got for shifting and the occasional swap of worn out components (chain, cassette, brakes, etc..). I often go to the store few minutes before a group ride and the guys there (especially Earl and Matt) would rush to take care of me and get me up and running in time. The whole crew are super talented, knowledgeable and extremely nice!

The staff at Specialized Atlanta are awesome - super helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time with you even if you're a complete noob and are asking dumb questions. The store itself is relatively limited in its stock, but has a selection of bikes (obviously), helmets, bike accessories, and other gear. If you ask nicely they'll even give you a beer from behind the counter :)
