I did a split payment at the store and didnt not proceed with the transaction and they did not reverse the transaction and I went up there and the owner lied and said he did not authorize the transaction when he did instead tried to gaslight me.

Racial Profiling. Stop selling black women stuff if you dont trust black women in your store! Sell to the people you love and trust so well. Oh wait, they dont like nor support you enough to ever step foot in your store huh? Homeless people outside, sketchy location, never coming back.

Literally the worst experience at a hair store Ive ever had I walked all the way over here 15 minutes before the store closed and the manager would not let me in the security guy told him I just walked all the way over there with my baby and the guy told me no I told him I would literally be five minutes. I knew what I needed to get in. The door closes at six why are you locking doors? 15 minutes before hand? This is a place that do not care about their customers and just expect us to still buy from them of course because the urban community will always want to put something in their hair instead of embracing their natural all I needed was braiding here and he wouldnt even let me do that I pray that the Lord gives him what he deserves for being so rude and nasty

I was only in here for a short amount of time but I didn't have a bad experience. It smelled nice and it was clean inside despite being in an ugly downtown area.
