Horrible customer service. Very slow and everyone seems confused.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! From the kind greetings upon entering to all being set up when I first walked in Zinnia truly cares about doing what a customer wants and goes the extra mile to get there. Mr. Scott oversaw all her work and is seasoned and top notch so I could relax knowing I was in altogether very capable hands. When I walked out looking better than I had hoped for, I knew then & there I would be returning. If you have a little extra time for bold bright beautiful highlights, you are coming to the right spot !

I been coming here for a long time. Now it's unorganized. I was told to come when I can for my appointment and nobody is here yet to do the services. When I arrived I was yelled at and asked what was taking so long for me to park my car and walk to the salon. I wasn't able to get any of my services except my hair done. The instructor Scott was one of the employees that spoke to me in a bad way. I wouldn't recommend because the management is terrible. The students are great.

It was my first time having a facial and it was amazing. The staff and students were very caring and nice. I accidentally went to the wrong entrance, the students were really nice about it and walked me down to the front desk and then made sure I signed in okay. During the facial the student asked me lots of questions to understand my skin and needs, she was really reassuring since it was my first time, and really made me feel great. I parked in a different nearby lot and the student pointed me to where I should park for validated parking next time and still gave me a validated ticket just in case.
