Would not recommend. **response** The lashes and how they looked were fine and not the issue more so the service after having a client with a bad experience. First time getting lashes done and we spoke about the very very mild reaction and also it being due to the fact that it was my first time getting them done and since only reaction was VERY SLIGHT itching it should go away. As the tech I trusted your advice and went ahead with the service. After this visit I had a VERY BAD reaction to the point where I need a steroids shot. Eyes were swollen, skin under eye burned, and itching. A free brow service was not offered and only an option to get a service with a different adhesive which should have been offered before the service since we did speak about the mild reaction prior. While I understand it way my choice to come back I trusted your advice and figured it would be fine and again no different service or adhesive was offered. The bad review comes from not being offered at least the partial refund due to the reaction and having to take the lashes off the very next day. There was not time to wait for another appointment to get them off. If you were offering a free service then why not just do the partial refund? I didnt ask for a full refund because I understand a service was rendered. Ive spoke with several lash techs after this that stated at least a partial refund should have been offered just as a good business practice since you had a client with a VERY BAD experience. I will not post photos for the sake of not really wanting to bash the studio but more so just want to share my experience. *****okay, second update***** You responding to this on a thread is looking bad on your part as a business owner. Chalk it up to the fact that you had a customer with a bad experience and failed to do anything for them. I went back and reread the message and do see where you offered the free lashes or brows so thats my bad but I didnt go to you for brows and definitely wasnt getting lashes. If you look at it from a business standpoint a partial refund would have been less than offering a free service right? Okay. Anyway, wasnt trying to bash you, just sharing my experience. I absolutely loved this experience! It was one like no other. She made me feel extremely comfortable. Her work area was super cute and clean. And I definitely left feeling like a new woman! Thank you soo much!
