        My mother passed away in 2021. Since then everything has been a whirlwind and a storm! Our family home was facing foreclosure. We ran out of options with the pending sale date only days away. One night while I couldnt sleep, I began researching alternative ways to stop the foreclosure. Saedi Law Group came up in my search. I made an appointment for the following day at 3 pm. To my surprise this cheerful lady called me and asked me what was going on. I explained the situation and she let me know filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy would stop the foreclosure and give us more time to come up with the money. She promptly sent me the forms and documentation. We were able to get everything filled out and payment sent the next day. The following day Ms. Saedi was in court all day, so we set a 7 PM meeting time. She walked us through it and persisted to file the paperwork that night. She communicated the entire way through it and saved our family home. I am so grateful for her and her firm as she didnt have to stay up. She didnt have to work additional hours but to give us the peace of mind we needed, she did. She did so with kindness. No judgement. And promptness. Thank you will never feel like enough. So grateful for what youve done for myself and my siblings.

      Founder and managing attorney Lorena Saedi started her legal career with a big law firm in Atlanta practicing corporate law and representing large corporations. Although she enjoyed the challenging legal work, she realized that she would rather be working directly with people as opposed to large corporate legal departments.  After a short stint in a large bankruptcy law firm in Atlanta, Lorena founded her own firm and the rest is history.  After seeing how client’s cases were serviced at the large “bankruptcy mill” firm, Lorena decided to start her own firm and focus on provided personalized service. Since 2002, Lorena has been helping Georgia consumers get a fresh financial start and providing exceptional client service to her clients.

      Over the past 18 years, Saedi Law Group has grown to a mid-sized law firm. Our goal is to continue to provide exceptional client service and ensure that our client’s Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases are a success. Clients work with the attorney they meet with from start to finish.  If a client has any questions or problems in a case, they can immediately meet with their attorney (not a paralegal) to ensure that the matter is resolved.
