Absolutely horrible experience. I purchased a plain bagel and didn't see butter on the options, so I figured it was at a condiment section. It was not. So I asked for butter (of course willing to pay) and she was very rude and loud, and said it can only be ordered during the order. So I asked if there was any way to accommodate me? And she rudely said "order a new bagel," and then proceeded to announce to everyone that if you want a bagel with butter, look at the pictures (in a very condescending way.) So I ordered a 2nd bagel and asked if I could order some extra butter on the side for the first bagel - once again, no - and she was very rude. Then I got the second bagel and there was intentionally the minimal amount of butter on it, and she threw the bagel at me without saying a word. Absolutely unacceptable service, and I've called my credit card company to dispute the charges. Edit. I reached out to company as directed below, and have received no response. As such, I will be disputing the charges with the issuing bank.

What's the sense in selling coffee and bagels if you aren't open in the morning? Went by at 6:45am and it was closed

A lot of coffee grounds in my coffee. Its really mostly just coffee grounds in the cup
