First time coming to Midas in Atlanta. Traditionally I get the oil changed at the garage anytime I get any sort of body work done however I've already replaced whatever needed to replace engine wise so I thought that the $29 synthetic blend price was a good price which it is. I was also supposed to get a tire rotation however the garage told me that my lock was not in my glove box . I got home and the first thing I did was open my glove box and of course my lock was right there. I called my normal garage while waiting to inquire like do you guys have my wheel lock which they reiterated it should be in your glove box which it was. I also was charged an additional fee for my oil filter although it clearly said on the promo the filter change was included so really not sure what that's all about then there's something else mentioned on here where it says that it was suggested because of some clothes of useful life however nobody suggested anything to me so that really wasn't good but I mean I guess because they're running a promo but I would assume that they would expect that people would return if service was rendered well but as mentioned there were fees on here I did not find out about which is this now that I'm looking at the document a drain plug torque replacement fee so I actually thought that was a bit shady because I am a woman and I'm currently visually injured. I feel like that was kind of shady this is why it's always important to be detailed when you leave your reviews, especially for the women in car cases. I was charged more than the promo said like $10 more. #BuyerBeware Manager or owner did tell me that when I find my lock ( which was clearly visible in my glove compartment) can bring it back for the rotation but I probably will not do that.

Collins goes above and beyond. The service and expertise is amazing, I cant thank Collins and Northside midas for everything! Quick service and a garage you can trust is hard to find but this place is a hidden gem. I moved to Atlanta 5 years ago and I refuse to take my car anywhere else in the city. Thank you thank you for helping me out every time!
