        Usually I have a great experience because Damien is always great and he was great this time also. What I didnt like was that I had my 80k service done which included my car wash and vacuum (which all services include) and my car was not touched. I had to recheck it back in because I forgot to tell them about an issue I was having and told them my car wasnt washed or vacuum before checking it back in. They said it would be taken care of. Guess what?? It wasnt. Its not a big issue but for anyone to spend $2k on basic service, I should at least get the minimum you give to everyone. Ended up having to go and pay someone $60 dollars for it after giving them 2k. Smh
