Just went in for an IDP and all was fine until another client walked in requesting assistance. This lady shifts completely to assist him and we move aside, apparently she is trying to be efficient by taking care of everyone at the same time. Fine, no biggie. Next thing you know shes flustered and rudely tells us since we are not members we should have gone to a different location and all members get assisted first then goes on to tell us to pay attention to her as we are standing 3 feet in front of her. Way to make everyone feel uncomfortable. We were seriously considering becoming members today prior to her lack of customer skills. Go retire, lady.

I visited the AAA office this morning to get an International Driving Permit. Rep Khorgian King helped me. What a delightful experience! He was so knowledgeable about all the details and instructed me how to renew while I am away. He went the second mile to make sure I had everything I needed. He was warm, personable, cheerful, polite and sincere. My day got off to a great start because of our interaction.
