It has taken me a while to write this review. I thought long and hard about this review before posting. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Britannia took an unreasonable time to make alleged repairs on Rover Classic and still didnt repair the problem. After picking up the Vehicle, it could barely drive down Piedmont. I had to pull over at a gas station. Alleged repairs to ABS system (speed sensor). Replaced battery with an outrageous labor cost.When I came to pick up vehicle I was advised I had an electrical drain problem. My immediate question Why didnt you advise and repair vs. charging me for a new battery plus labor??? All I can say was the alleged service was Bootleg and not up to any reasonable professional service standard. No Quality, Value or Service!

This place is NOT trustworthy. They will take your money regardless if they fix the problem or not. You drive off believing them when they told you it was fixed. This happened 3 times after I kept bringing back. And I dont mean it kept breaking over and over, I mean they NEVER fixed the problems. I had 2 issues, air flowing out wasnt cold and leak in the roof. I paid them $1400, and still had both issues. They ended up telling me they repaired the compressor which was not broken, and they cleaned out the sunroof drains, which had nothing to do with the leak. I ended up figuring it out and repairing roof with $10 flex tape. Yet I paid them $600 to act like they tried. Pathetic. Theyre lazy and they just dont care. I mean, once you pay them, they dont care. Its the typical mechanic scam. Its hard to find good, trustworthy mechanics that take pride in their word and their service. This place is DEFINITELY NOT one of those places. Services: Auto water leak repair, A/C installation & repair
