    Former employee, * had to quit working for such a scandalous company. 9 can't even get a hold of ANYONE to get my Was. Stay away from them.

    This is the worst warranty & customer service experience that I have ever encountered. The Ultimate Protection Plan is by no means ultimate. I, along with the service technician repairing s simple wheel/tire bust have spent countless hours on the phone with different representatives for the past two weeks. Supposedly my claim was sent to the escalations team to review, and this process has been ongoing for 4 days with no resolution. When I finally got ahold of a representative to inquire about this claim, they continued to lack understanding and customer service. I would not recommend the Ultimate Protection Plan by safeguard to anyone, in fact, I would encourage you to not waste your money.

    Would give 0 stars if I could. $921 for a warranty that doesn't cover anything. Tires has a crack that goes into tread, clear safety hazard for myself and others around me and they will not cover to replace. Safe-Guard will not replace unless "leaking" or wire showing from tread. I asked the representative if I'm suppose to wait for the tire to explode to get it covered and said she couldn't answer that. Filed claim with BBB to get my warranty money back since is a scam warranty and have to pay out of pocket for replacement and suggest everyone does the same, not sure how they got accredited to begin with. Buyer beware, don't get his warranty.

    Horrible, had a bubble on my tire and the protection plan. They said since the car has wear and tear on it they would not pay. Isn't that why you get the plan? The say 24-48 hours for a call back, only for me to keep calling them. A week later, after a few calls I finally was able to get a supervisor. Since the denial the told me I could go though arbitration which is a $200 out of pocket. At that point I'd rather just pay for the new tire. The company knows that, that's why the give you that option.
