Told me to let them know when I was ready to move forward. Told her (Cindy) by email about a month later we wanted to move forward and then after reviewing who the seller was (I'm assuming), she said they can't represent us due to conflict when I called by phone 2 weeks after no response by email. Said that she emailed me back but I searched spam and my regular inbox w/ no avail. Asked if she could tell me why and she said no. Didn't send a formal denial by mail either. Waste of my time by far.

David Klein with RLKG Law was terrific to work with. We had an extremely short turnaround time and David was very quick to connect with my by phone to obtain all the information he needed and then to represent us at a hearing a few days later. David comes across as someone with a lot of experience and I credit him for a favorable outcome in our situation. I will definitely reach back out to his firm as the need may arise in the future.

A client had very murky and complicated title issues that a major Atlanta closing firm said was beyond their capacity to handle. They said we may need to file a quiet title action- enter David Klein. Im not sure how he managed to untangle all of the complexities (liens, open mortgages, etc) but we have closed and my client was made whole and then some. David made us feel like we were a primary focus and that truly we had someone solid and capable on our side. I would certainly not want to be on the receiving end of his super lawyering, I can say that with certainty. A big huge thank you, David!
