My concern is the bait and switch. We didn't use the law firm, but they advertised a free fifteen minute consultation only to be told it's $150 for the consultation. The money isn't the issue, it's the principle. If they can't trusted to be honest about a brief phone call just to answer a few questions, I wouldn't want them representing me in something very close to my heart.

Response from this firm is about the worst a case I was told will take 3 months is taking 5 and not yet decided. I really wish I was told the gospel truth of how long it will take .

the worst Decision I have ever made in my life was hiring ma bell as a attorney that was the biggest regret ever she didnt do anything the most she did was bare minimum I voice recorded her a lot of times on my phone when she said she was going to fix my Parenting plan where she messed dates that I have to deal with now because she said havent corrected her mistakes she is paid in full in still Im here waiting its been almost 2 years in she just keep lying I have all of our conversations recorded its sad I thought she was really going to help me with my case but RETHINK ABOUT YOUR DECISION BEFORE YOU PICK THESE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH YOUR CASE

This has been the worst service my family has received. My mother chose this firm to assist with obtaining guardianship of my cousin following the passing of my grandmother. A case that she was told she only take 30 days has taken 5 almost 6 months. My mother gets no updates unless she contact them in which she literally has to harass the firm. Ms. Bell reassured my mother that someone will be contacting her every other day with an update, my mother hasnt heard from anyone in 3 weeks so she called herself. The young lady she spoke with by the name of Ashley displayed an attitude once my mother complained about how poor their service was. Now my mother has been advised that the case was filed in the wrong court(juvenile) and now has to go back to probate court. Its already been hard for my family to grieve the loss of my grandmother and now this prolonged court case is making matters worst for my mother. I wouldnt recommend this firm to anyone. Again I am not the client my mother is.
