If this is the same Ga Tech Architect that developed and built Cityspace condos in Grant Park 20 years ago BEWARE!!! Stolen reserves, horrid build quality, and to top it off fled the state for years to avoid being litigated by all 15 homeowners that were left with so many lipstick on a pig build quality" issues that the homeowners had to discover and rebuild......STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE HEADACHE HIS POOR QUALITY WILL BRING TO YOUR WALLET... From a corporate employee and ATL police officers experience. Ask anyone that has lived in his development for more than 5 years and had to do any repair work on his work and they will say the exact same.
