After Home Depot failed to deliver an undamaged fridge three separate times, I decided to go with S R Appliance instead (simply based on Google reviews). I wish I had started the process with S R Appliance - the entire team is very attentive, communicative and courteous. They also removed the doors from the fridge to ensure it did not get damaged while bringing it up the stairs. Great experience and highly recommend!

I called SR Appliance for some pre-plumbing advice in preparation for a renovation and had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan! He was very patient and happy to answer my questions. I feel better educated after chatting with him and Ill definitely be sure check out their appliances and deals when its time to make the purchase!

I had ordered a cooktop from a big box store and arranged the delivery date to coincide with my remodel. About a week before it came, I got a message that they were not going to be able to deliver it on time. So, I frantically called around to multiple local appliance stores trying to find a place that had the cook top I wanted in stock. Enter SR appliance. I called and spoke to Greg, he told me they didnt have it in stock, but he would contact the representative from the manufacturer. I called several other places as well, everyone said they couldnt get it before at least 2 to 4 weeks, no guarantee. Greg then called me back and said that he was able to work with the manufacturer representative and get one by the end of the week and have it delivered on Monday. I ended up getting it even earlier then promised, on Thursday instead and my remodel plans were saved. Every interaction I had with anyone from this company, from the sales person to the delivery man, was extremely pleasant. You just dont see service like this anymore!
