        Ive been calling for days to get an update and answers on my application they will not answer the phone and the mailbox is full very frustrating ! Because I really do like these.

        Horrible this place is NOTHING like the pictures the neighborhood is crappy abandoned buildings and overall unkept for the actual unit Disaster old run down in need of a complete renovation I would never ever live here I feel like this place is really a scam using misleading pictures to try to get new tenants when in reality its a horrible place my mother and I traveled from out of state to come here and a complete waste of money and time

        Morgan was incredibly patient with me. I had a million and one questions and she took the time to answer every single one of them. Shes quick to respond back to an email and shes made this whole process pretty stress free. Ive wanted to see multiple units and shes didnt have a problem showing me every unit I asked about.

        I moved in about a month ago and morgan has been fantastic. Every question I've had has been either promptly resolved or they have quickly gotten back in touch to address any concerns. Also id like to point out any issues ive had, have been very minor to begin with, or just plain ol my fault (i lost my key like the second day i moved in, and they had another one ready for me as soon as the office opened)i general its been of if not the, best move in experience ive ever had.

      Good Morning Candyce, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Providing our residents with a place they are proud to call home is our main priority and we know that having clean/litter-free grounds is a factor that plays a huge role in this. Our Maintenance Supervisor sent the Community Manager a photo of the furniture that was dumped by the dumpster yesterday. We are checking with our surveillance team to see if we can determine who was responsible for dumping this. Clean-up was started yesterday and will be finalized today. We apologize for the state of the grounds lately and we assure you that our team will be on top of the clean-up efforts around the property.
