Great location, nice community, units designed well. Shout out to General Manager, David Ortiz. He was very friendly, helpful & professional. He answered questions, returned calls, toured property, and was very patient to help me find the best unit to fit my needs.

Do not move here ! I regret it. Staff is unpleasant, rude and disrespectful. They also dont have no security cameras inside building and entry is easy to access. Very unsettling. If you want to be headache free , keep all your personal belongings, dont have to worry about getting your car broken into beware.

I love it here!! It is my little piece of paradise. When I get off work and walk through my door, I can feel the weight of the day melt away. I am home. It is quaint, quiet, and quintessential.

Marchon is such a beautiful community with great amenities The clubhouse is probably my fave! David, the Assistant Manager, is so helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming!

Parking generally miserable, shootings, car break-ins, lots of weird monthly fees. Add a $100 to any monthly cost they quote you. Reminder that apartment complexes give out gift cards in exchange for positive reviews - from people who just tour that dont even live here.
It was great when I first signed my lease. All downhill once Morgan took over in September. Wrongfully booted my car, Morgan refused to even respond to me when I pushed for more info or asked for additional Greystar contact info.
She called the booting company and had them refund me four weeks later because I posted reviews. but has since not apologized and still hasnt sent out modified guidance for the parking deck/surrounding areas to ensure residents are up to speed and following the rules the booting company is expected to enforce.
The TWO issues Ive raised with the leasing office have been miserable. Morgan is just super combative and is just interested in speaking over residents. I removed the earlier review at the request of the booting company but am reposting since Morgan didnt uphold her side of things. Guess she only cares about residents when they post on review sites
