The Exchange

I just signed my third lease at this building. I would not have renewed this time had it not been from the dedicated efforts of the current manager Christi. Christi took over recently after the last community director. She has been steadily making desperately needed updates to our amenities, enforcing community guidelines, and overall significantly improving residents quality of life here at the exchange. She has handled my concerns with care and diligence. The building is cleaner, quieter, and more pleasant than it has been in a long time thanks to Christi.

The management staff both Christi and Hecto are so attentive and friendly. You can tell they love what they do and always put their residents needs first. The property is also beautifully maintained, which is attributed to the hardworking property engineers and maintenance team. Everything about this community is impressive and the location is perfect!

It's a wonderful place to live, things have really been picking up here lately. Management is responsive, the pool is superb, and the people are friendly.
