If I could give it ZERO stars I would. They had us wait outside for 20 minutes+ and failed to acknowledge us when they were sitting right next to the window in a perfect position to see us. When they finally opened the door we had walked off and they still failed to acknowledge us. The people in the leasing office over all suck and are very nonchalant. Its almost as if they dont want anyone to come in.

For clarity, this place was once the Meridian at Redwine and now its the Reserve at Redwine. I noticed that all the great reviews come from the Meridian and all the so-so to negative from the Reserve. I've been here 7 years and I would have to agree with the status quo. The Meridian was FANTASTIC. Rachel, Dakota and Robert were the dream team. Always on point. When you drive through the gate it was like the world just lifted off your shoulders. Now, driving through the gate, it's like, "geesh, here we go". It's like the level of resident screening has dropped immensely. It seems like the Reserve is trying to keep up their occupancy at all costs. My wife and I work at the airport. A great deal of the occupants here were airport employees, officers, and people that just want a safe quiet place to live. All that has changed. The parking patrol is nonexistent. Why do we have parking passes when non-occupants park in front of your door and you have to park at the end of the parking lot and walk through the wind and rain? We wake up to take our child to daycare and the weed smoke is rolling down the breezeway. Really, 7:30 in the morning? And it continues all day. There are visitors and some neighbors throwing trash everywhere, out their windows, in the bushes, on the stairs, etc... Strangers are walking around at weird hours, so you have to stay on high alert when coming in and out now. We bought a Ring. There's more but this is getting lengthy. We maintained to live here for two reasons, convenience to the airport and the hopes that this community will return to the luster it once had. It's not worth bringing in anyone to fill your occupancy quota if you lose the quality of living in the neighborhood. We may be beating a dead horse and it maybe time to pack up the tent and move on.

The property is kept clean and it is close to the market place and to the airport, but other than that, Ive got nothing good to say. I got a complaint from management saying my neighbor below me said they smelled weed coming from my vents, mind you I live on the top floor, my vents are in the ceiling, and I dont smoke at all! Did they care? No. They put a warning in my file threatening eviction. Mind you, maintenance had just come from my unit a week before, and had been in and out of my apartment several times, and if I was a smoker my house would probably smell like it, right? On top of that, I have a neighbor below me that complains about every step I make like if I drop the soap in the shower, its like Im running back and forth and jumping up and down. Like I literally have to walk on eggshells in the $2400 apt Im paying for. Ive always stayed on the top floor and never had complaints, so Im so confused and shocked that I got a noise complaint. The entry gate is consistently damaged and broken, we dont have security, and the parking enforcement company is a complete joke. I got a $55 parking ticket saying I didnt have my decal displayed, and it was literally sticking in my windshield and has been since I moved in, and Im not getting anywhere trying to dispute it. I moved here from Smyrna to be closer to the airport because I travel a lot for work, and I wish I hadnt. I was paying $800 less, had more amenities, and had a much better experience with leasing staff and neighbors. I thought this would be a good place to stay, but I 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

I MOVED INTO THESE APTS JULY AND WHAT I THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE A PEACEFUL AND SETTLING EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. I am a single parent with a toddler and expecting another baby soon! My upstairs neighbors have made my stay a nightmare and after several complaints to the leasing office no action has been taking. The neighbors are constantly fighting , being extremely noisy all times of the day, arguing and smoking weed which lingers to my home. On top of complaining when walking outside Im being mugged and stared at by the neighbor boyfriend because at this point im sure they know I make several complaints. All i ask was for my lease to be terminated early and after waiting and complaining all they offer was a transfer which I have to pay movers and no discount on rent since im expecting and cant move. If you want to feel unsafe and unheard this is the place to move to. I feel my life and kids life is in danger.
