    When I tell you all the property manager for Collier is the truth!!!!! IAN IS THE TRUTH!!! after applying to so many apartments in GA and not being approved, wasting so much money, He told me apply with legit information and make 3X the rent. I was VERY hesitate but Mannnnnnnnn I was approved in LESS than 24 hours. Highly recommend these properties!! Credit really isn't a problem but If you have any evictions and things like that don't bother. But hey, you might can still try. Thanks Ian!! You're the man!!!

    Beware of security deposit scam!! I moved out from this apartment on August 1st when the management is 2100 (Cushman&Wakefield). They didn't give me any notice about any inspection. And they just didn't give my one rent security deposit back without any reason. I took legal action, but it is better to stay away from this kind of fraud companies.

    Braden fellman was bought out. I thought braden fellman was bad. Boy was I wrong. 2100 came in with new management and the laundry facility disappeared after my rent was raised $350 a month! The laundry room literally sits with its door wide open looking like someone came through knocking the walls down with a sludge hammer. My rent was raised $350 a month from june 2021 to june 2022. (I live in a non renovated unit. The kitchen and bathroom were likely constructed in the 1980s. No improvements were made to my unit. No improvements were made to the property. I provided a market analysis of why it shouldnt be raised. They decided instead to take advantage of a single mother.) I asked for a rent rebate due to the amenities (the laundry room) being stripped from access. They refused. I've been asking for pest control for TWO MONTHS they still don't seem to have a contract with a pest control company (HELLO PEST ISSUES NEED TO BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY) I have put in numerous requests to the resident portal for issues which management marks as completed, when I was home with covid and am CERTAIN was not completed - no one came into my home. They sealed my bathtub cracks that were creating mold and left caulk all over the floor. Pics will be provided.
