        Those who attend the La Cota apartment office are an arrogant and racist person. I have had experience several times that I have been injured. On Friday, I went to report that the hot water is not working and the assistant told me that it was not my fault and If I wanted to, I was going to send someone to verify it and if not, not with words of intimidation.
