Vue at The Quarter

The Vue at the Quarter is fantastic! It's practically brand new; not even 2yrs old. With the exception of residents being irresponsible at times, the place is very well kept. The resident events are consistent and lots of fun. I've seen chaotic properties and this is far from anything chaotic. Every place has its pluses and minuses, but any concerns here are so minute they're not even worth mentioning.

Toured the property with Denise, she was very friendly and made me feel at home. Answered all of my questions and concerns. On top of that the property is very clean and beautiful

When visiting Vue I was not impressed with the welcome I received. The place in general was very nice and clean. The apartments are nice as well.

Apt is nice but parking is terrible. Not enough parking spots so they made an option so people could pay $90/month for un covered parking spots. A rip off. Also, only 72 hours of guest parking allowed a week. Gym is small. Wish it had more equipment for the amount of money spent monthly in rent. Parking has truly ruined the experience for me as I can never find parking when I get home in the evenings and have to walk from back of apts to my building. There should be assigned zones based on building.
