Called in regards to a client of mine in order to find our more information pertaining to their low income units. I was told to hold on and the guy who answered the phone hung up on me. Tried to call back moments later and the call went straight to voicemail.

This was a place that I was confident I wanted to be in, but it wasnt until I actually saw it in person that I knew this was everything I wanted and more. No complaints. The staff is very friendly, understanding and prompt with all of my questions as well. In the heart of the city, I love the security and measures put in place that make peace of mind possible

Beautiful place run by a very professional, timely company. My time at Freeman Ford was one of the best living experiences ever. The apartment is clean, safe, and beautifully historic. 10/10 would recommend!

What a GREAT place to live. Hayes and Daniel are two great guys and really do care about each resident. They have gone above and beyond to make sure the entire location, from grounds, decor, amenities and each unit, creates an enjoyable experience. There are wide scale improvements going on that are making the space even better. The entire team has been responsive from the time I scheduled my first tour, through any and all minor maintenance requests I've had. Curtis has definitely taken care of everything. Now that we've got that out of the way, the units are fantastic! From the original factory windows, to the unique layout and the sky light, it is all well thought out and executed. The open floor plan makes the unit feel massive, yet warm and inviting. It's like a blank canvas for a creative. Every resident I've met is friendly and engaging as well.
