    I moved to the Savoy in January of 2023 I wanted to wait until I lived here for a while to give an honest review. I really enjoy living at this complex I honestly will probably stay here until I purchase a home thats how comfortable I am here. When my lease was ending I transferred to a larger unit. I love it even more.. the floor plans are very spacious and they have many to choose from. Excellent location less than 2 minutes from 285 and 5 mins from 400. There is a convenience store and liquor store within walking distance. Perimeter mall is the next exit so lots of shopping and dining options. There is a garage with elevators which provides convenient access to your vehicle and is secure for the most part beside the occasional damage to the gate by people rushing to enter behind someone who has an access card. But i moved here from Midtown and car break ins were a big problem, its not a problem here at all. One thing I do not like is the gate system, there is no call box so you have to come down to get your guest, super inconvenient and annoying. The guest parking policy also sucks guest have to pay to park which i think is ridiculous. Why should your friends have to pay to see you somewhere your already paying rent and isnt located in the downtown area?(where parking would be more of a concern)Also a lot dog owners do not clean up after their pets so you can will see pet waste throughout the grounds. Management has been communicating with residents to do better with this though.. so maybe some improvement soon. I do like that the leasing management offers a variety of community events an activities. For example, they recently had a food truck event, they hosted a Christmas party for the holidays, and a carnival during the summer to name a few. The leasing office staff is friendly and I havent had any issues getting issues resolved promptly when they arise. Walt, the maintenance manager, is excellent he is very responsive to maintenance request and fixes things properly when in disrepair. All in all I think this is a great place to live and would recommend to anyone looking for a safe, affordable, accessible community.

    BE AWARE OF THE MANAGEMENT PLEASE, I HAVE BEEN AT THE SAVOY SINCE 2016, I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL TENANT , BEEN PAYING RENT ON TIME AND EVERYTHING .BUT SINCE I LEFT THE PLACE WHICH HAS BEEN JUST A MONTH AGO OR LESS , THEY HAVEN'T PICK UP MY PHONE CALLS , THEY LITTERALY PUT MY NUMBER ON REJECT FOR NO REASON. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS NEW TENANT . ALSO WHEN I RENEW MY LEASE, THEY WERE SUPOSED TO CLEAN MY CARPET BUT THEY KEEP TELLING ME THE CLEANER IS NOT COMING AND NEVER DID. ALSO THEY TOLD ME TO PAY A MONTH OF RENT TO CANCEL MY LEASE I DID THAT AND AFTER THEY SAID THAT I NEED TO PAY SOME EXTRA $ FEES, THEY REALLY LIE . THE LADIES OUT THERE ARE NOT GENUINE PEOPLE, THEY SAY SOMETHING AND DO THE OPPOSITE. MAKE SURE TO HAVE everything WRITTEN.

    Disclaimer (THE MANAGER I am referencing is no longer here on their own accord) 1. Walter and The lady that cleans the hallways is super nice and I love them! 2. The front Desk (NOW) is really friendly and she is fabulous. 3. The previous manager, was very predjuce against me and my fianc. We are (as it seems) the only interracial in the facility. I do not make assumptions on people. However he would refer to us as ROOMATES and other tenants as couples. Which I had to correct many times. 4. A homeless man, spewed horrible words toward my fianc over his race and I and the next day. In THE SAVOY parking lot. Human feces (human waste) was smeared all over my fianc car. I emailed the manager, and he took this lightly and never assisted us further. 5. I finally communicated with Morguard corporate and they never responded to my emails. 6. The mail boxes were broken. The manager only printed one Mail key. And informed me that it would be another few weeks to get another one. I am unsure why he only redid one when he knew 2 of us lived there. (Thankfully I emailed him, that I said it was fine with one as I was tired of the micro aggressions towards us. (Kept the email) 7. The original front desk Ty, was very rude (I do not think it was from the managers view of disliking us) However she listened to her headphones when talking to me on the first ocassion, when speaking with her in a disagreement; I did not yell (recording of her yelling at me) over the disagreement on the phone. There has also been other issues as well. when I informed the new manager that I would feel comfortable her handling my departure to move. She unfortunately said Ty is the one handles the paperwork. Which I feel is a complete disregard to our frustrations with the Savoy. So this is my honest opinion.

    My boys apt is sweet. I helped him move in and had no problems.....nobody was watching us or scoping the situation. His parking is clear and concise. Overall sweet apt.
