I recommend leasing here. This is my second time coming back to this apartment and with the switch of the leasing team, things are much better. Maintenance always fixes my issues in a timely manner.

Every mail box that was broken into on the back side should get at lease 75 dollars or more token off their rent ! I say that because it put more stress and problem to get your mail after already waiting for it you have to go threw a process wait in line for 30 mins to an hour each time you go up there wasting gas and time this is getting frustrating my checks are missing and important documents mail get pushed out every day so. Im taking time out my day to go up there to check if I got mail been like this for almost 2 months

Came here on a tour and everyone was so kind. I was actually running a bit late and they were very accommodating. James was super nice and explained all the details about the apartment we were inquiring for. We even met the manager who was a delight. Everyone in the office was so kind and we were even invited back out the next day because they were having the food truck come on the property for the residents. The best tour of the day for sure. Updating after living here for a year: In the end, I will still keep my previous 4-star review. I love the neighborhood and if I could stay I would. Maintenance is quick, move in was smooth, and everyone in the leasing office has been super kind to us. Some things have changed, like adding on valet trash and removing assigned parking, but nothing terrible. The size of the apartment has been great for the rent price (around $1,600 for the larger 2B/2B). Of course, the prices fluctuate frequently though. I keep the 4-stars instead of increasing it to 5 because of the issues weve had with the mailbox. After it was broken into, there just did not seem to be a huge push to get it fixed. I just wish there was more done to keep it from happening on more than one occasion. Outside of that, the neighborhood has been really nice.

I have been living here since late July, and I love it. The staff is nice; maintenance is great and very efficient. Ill definitely be renewing my lease!
