I started looking for a new apartment back in July when I knew I wouldn't be renewing my lease which ended in October. I made contact with Braden Fellman in July and over the next 3 months they did a fantastic job remaining in touch. I was nervous that I'd get overlooked or forgotten about since I notified them of my interest in an apartment so early, but they were very responsive. Madison was super helpful with guiding me in getting the utilities set up. Elizabeth reached out, unprompted, and offered to let me see the unit a second time before I moved in. There were some minor fixes that I noticed such as a loose floorboard and she said it would be replaced. When I got the keys, all the floor panels had been replaced which was incredible. The complex itself is well maintained and so far so quiet :) I will say, you can hear your neighbors above you (I'm on the bottom floor), but that doesn't bother me. I'm happy with my move so far!

Recently just moved in, I love it here! Quiet little complex in the city and the staff in the leasing office are super kind and helpful!

I've lived here for over 6 years and never had any issues. Ms. Bridgette in the leasing office is always courteous ,and helpful and very professional.
She often walks the property to check to see if the tenants are ok or if we need anything.
