I literally walked in after applying online not knowing what to expect, but I was so pleased with the service Christopher L. provided! He was very helpful during my tour and knowledgeable! He made the process super easy and fun! Make sure you ask for him, you wont be disappointed!

Update 3/16/24: Yall, we are now in the Wild West. Every person for themselves SMH. The two stars is star number 1, I have somewhere to live and star number 2, there isn't any violence that I know of. Everything else is awful. This review is for the trash. It's an absolute utter mess and very tacky (I've attached pictures from the trash overflow tonight). There are 5 rats by the trash cans. Literally 5 because I counted them as I pulled up and seen them running. One of the rats are HUGE and I think she's pregnant because NO RAT should be that damn big SMH. Maintenance is cool, no real issues there but upkeep and regular apartment trivial small stuff is constantly overlooked. Ugh. I hope another management group takes over soon because Carroll Management Group is HORRIBLE!! 9/12/23 Management has changed. Scott and Kay are gone. Seems like we are about to be in the wild wild West again when Trinity was managing. 1/3/2023 Okay I've been living here for 2 and a half years, this summer will make 3 years and I do plan to renew my lease. So the management group before this one was Trinity Group and they ABSOLUTELY SUCKED and were money hungry and just didn't give a damn about anything that had to do with the residents. But now we are owned by Arium and the management team (Kay and Scott) are phenomenal. They came in and really improved a lot of things! I can see myself being here longer! July 30th 2021 Worst experience I've ever had I regret signing an additional year lease. I wish I could leave sooner. I've had an issue with the unit above me, number one, with the noise level but now the people in 4208 have been too lazy to walk their dog and has been having it urinate on the patio and it has come down to mine and I'm allergic to pet dander (which is microscopic which can easily lead to me having an anaphylactic reaction). It smells so disgusting to where when I have visitors, they can't go outside. What if I was out there while the animal was urinating and it'd gotten on me? What if I had furniture outside? This is absolutely unacceptable. I made the front office aware of the issue but all they did was charge the person a fine. I was told they would pressure wash my patio but instead of that, the lady in maintenance came to clean it with fabuloso and bleach. I COULD HAVE DONE THAT MYSELF! Nothing industrial grade as far as cleanser. And the office will be closing in two hours and still no one has come and this should be considered first priority! I went into the front office about 20 mins ago and told them if I hire a third party I won't have any choice but to demand the portion that I paid to be taken out of my rent and the person in the front office said that wouldn't be possible. This is so tacky and unprofessional! This is how they handle issues or lack thereof. Stay far aways from these apartments! For those of us that work very hard and deserve peace and quiet after a long work, need NOT APPLY! They do not respect your privacy nor comfortability!!!! If I still smell urine on my patio after the pressure wash, they are going to have to move me as the patio isn't livable. Edit: my concerns were voiced with the leasing office and this review was written on a Monday, it is now Friday and still no one has come to pressure wash and it still smells bad. I will be handling this situation another way.
