This office has horrible customer service.  No concern for anyone's time.  If you have a 9am appointment, you'll be lucky if you're seen before 5pm.  She is not only unprofessional with her patients, she is even more unprofessional with her staff.  You will never go there and see the same person twice.  I don't know how she is still in business.  I definitely agree with the other reviews, she doesn't deserve a star, she deserves a ZERO!!!!!

Dr Cathy was my primary doctor for over 10 years. Last week i was told to come in and do a televisit in which i took off work to be called at the last minute to come in and do a physical for this upcoming Thursday. Today her new staff member calls to cancel after taking off work another day to reschedule Of course i get extremely mad and indicated i will just find another doctor to one of her staff members and immediately she dismissed from her practice. After all the monies and referrals i have given her i am completely distraught.. She has no consideration of anyone time whatsoever. She is very nasty thats why she has a very high turn over rate keeping staff members. All the hours i sat there and waited for her just to get a physical and treatments was not even worth it!! Im still paying unnecessary medical bills now.. If you dont have good medical insurance you betta run away as fast as you can because its definitely a hussle.. Beware folks!!
